For Simons, the 175-year-old fashion retailer based in Quebec City, engaging with English Canada by building a loyal following through Twitter was essential in creating awareness and supporting its nationwide expansion plans.
A strategic and creative content calendar was developed with the aim of extending Simons’ social media presence in English Canada.
In keeping with Simons’ overarching brand ideals celebrating fashion, art, architecture and community, tweets were a mix of product highlights, fashion shoots and collaborations, as well as cultural and community news.
